Returns & Exchanges

At Social Goods, we want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure box and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or drop box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
